Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Capability to handle merchandise and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
