Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Assist in inventory management and contribute feedback on products and store operations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
