Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
