Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and general issues
• Participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely operate equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience preferred
