Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and assist with cashier duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
