Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the team and management, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
