Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your contributions will directly impact the customer shopping experience as you work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills guidelines.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
