Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, follow guidelines for stocking and merchandising, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Participate in inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient store operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
