Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
