Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and neatly displayed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with their needs, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management, monitor product levels, and follow cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, uphold security standards, and assist in store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
