Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for customers. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback to enhance product quality and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to uphold security standards.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
