Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor product availability
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company procedures and uphold security standards
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
