Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory counts and report product issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies to maintain accuracy
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to lift and move merchandise
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
