Job Description

You will play a vital role in merchandising, cash handling, and maintaining store presentation to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report product and scanning issues, and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold data security measures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred, with previous retail experience considered a plus.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, handle cash transactions, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages if applicable.
