We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's appearance is always at its best.

Position Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
