Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with the store management team.
• Give feedback to management on product quality, inventory issues, and other concerns.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain the security and confidentiality of data.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
