Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience. Your collaborative work with the ALDI team and provision of exceptional customer service will be key in achieving our service quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
