Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute M.A.P. competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
