Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level). In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a valuable member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in stock counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures, adhere to company policies, and ensure data security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
