Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
