Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and contribute to store cleanliness.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
