Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to keep the store tidy

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
