Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus
