Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will have the opportunity to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, cleaning, stocking, and merchandising tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Execute general cleaning duties to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
