Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through your exceptional customer service skills and dedication to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in taking store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
