Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's overall appearance meets standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
