Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute to inventory management by conducting store inventory counts and monitoring stock levels.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
