Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.

Physical Demands

Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks in the store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Customer service skills, cash register proficiency, and equipment operation abilities.
• Capability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience being advantageous.
