Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
