Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Your interactions with customers will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience while working in collaboration with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established company policies with attention to security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe and proper equipment handling
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Compliance with state and local requirements for alcohol sales
• Prior retail experience preferred
