Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Work together with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures for loss prevention
• Follow established company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
