Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI and contribute to providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance while collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in conducting store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
