Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of our store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
