Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description:

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will assist with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to meet our high standards.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
