Job Description - Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Report product feedback and inventory issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
