Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
