Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback to management, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service ability
• Efficient cash register operation skills
• Safe equipment handling and general cleaning proficiency
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is beneficial
