Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
