Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver high-quality customer service.

- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.
- Compliance with alcohol handling and selling regulations.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered.
