Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
