Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficiency in equipment operation, including manual tools and cleaning machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
