Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
