Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and provides exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work collaboratively with team members and management to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counting and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
