Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers a starting wage of $19.50 per hour with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies while ensuring document and data security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
