Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of physical tasks like stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
