Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays.

• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and process transactions accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and using store equipment.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
