Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store cleanliness and appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a neat and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
