Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Work in a team environment and follow company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
