Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases accurately.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures at all times.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
