Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
• Follow state and local guidelines for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
